Original House
The enchantment of the Original House begins the moment you say ‘I do’. This stunning period building is perfect for an elegant gathering of up to 80 guests. A former Victorian hunting lodge dating back to 1861 and retains many of the original ornate architectural features. The private house has its own private entrance, two reception rooms both with Original fireplaces, for you to steal a quiet moment beside the crackling log fires before the revelry begins in our magnificent banquet hall, the Great Hall for you to enjoy your fabulous feast.
The Original House also has twelve luxurious suites for your guests all with a beautiful unqiue original feature. No two suites in the Original House are the same, giving your guests the real unique and individual Killashee experience.
Gorgeously manicured and wonderfully tranquil, Emma’s Butterfly Garden is also reserved just for you. The beautiful fountain, sundial and pagoda form a charmed panorama for taking photographs or just taking time out.
