Smirnoff Vodka, Malibu Coconut Rum, Cointreau, Pineapple Juice and a splash of cranberry juice poured served over fresh ice in a tall glass.

American Solero 

Southern Comfort, Passion fruit, Orange Juice and Vanilla Syrup shaken and served over fresh ice in a rocks glass. 

Killashee Kosmo 

The Classic Cocktail, Smirnoff Vodka, Triple Sec, Cranberry Juice and a squeeze of lime shaken with ice and served straight up in a martini glass.

Fresh Fruit Frozen Daiquiri

Bacardi, Fresh Lime Juice and Sugar Syrup blended with fresh fruit of your choosing. Available in Strawberry/Passionfruit & Raspberry 

Whiskey Sour 

Roe & Co Whisky, Sugar Syrup, Lemon Juice, Bitters and Egg White shaken & Served over Cubed Ice in an Old Fashioned Glass 

Mojito 

A simple yet timeless classic, Lime & Mint leaves mudles and mixed with sugar syrup and Havana 3 yr old Rum. Served over crushed ice in a Rocks Glass & topped with Soda Water

Bombay Bramble 

Bombay Sapphire Gin, Lemon Juice & Sugar Syrup shaken and poured over ice. Finished off with a small float of Crème De Cassis

Margarita 

Tequila Triple Sec and freshly squeezed lime juice. Shaken over ice and served in a martini glass

Pink Gin Sour
