Training
& Development
The first two days of your employment are spend
on an induction programme which includes familiarisation
tours of the resort, health & safety, staff
induction manual which explains policies and
procedures of the hotel operation. This induction
also includes having lunch in our Restaurant
so the employee can get a feel for the type
of service we offer our guests.
Within their department the second day includes
working through the Service operations procedures
folder for their department with their supervisor
/ manager. Food & beverage employees undergo
a further four day training period with their
areas.
All employees are offered the opportunity to
further their career through training and courses
that are on offer from different colleges. Also
we offer in-house training including manual
handling, chemical training, food hygiene and
first aid.
