The Wedding team at Killashee House Hotel have designed a collection of delectable dishes for your consideration. Our experienced team of banqueting chefs prepare your chosen menu, tailored your individual tastes, on the day of your Wedding ensuring optimum flavour & freshness.

 Our Head Chef, Phillip Gleeson sources the best of quality Irish ingredients and uses local suppliers wherever possible.

With a reputation for fine food & warm service, the entire Wedding team at Killashee deliver a memorable Wedding meal experience for your & your guests to savour for years to come.  

Every couple can sample a proposed Wedding menu at our dedicated Wedding menu tasting evenings. Couples are introduced the Wedding team and can engage with the Banqueting chefs to create their own dishes and suggest variations to suit their individual preferences.
