Service and food were both excellent as was the gym and leisure facilities. However, our room and particularly our bathroom were absolutely freezing when we arrived.

Laura at reception is an asset to the hotel, very helpful young lady. I would like to suggest that bath towels in the rooms would be much better.

I enjoyed my break at Killashee. The room was spacious and comfortable but maybe a little too hot. The treatment at the spa was thorough and surpassed my expectations. Usually I find Swedish massages to be a little tame but the therapist was excellent and managed to really sort out my muscular issues. The meal in Jacks bar was delicious. The service was prompt and pleasant. A special mention for Darren the barman at the residents bar, who was extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast was also delicious and was served quickly. I do take several short hotel breaks a year and I am a return visitor to Killashee. It is a relaxing and enjoyable hotel to visit.

The staff were excellent through the stay from reception, to bar, to housekeeping and leisure centre. They were friendly, courteous and well trained.

Had a lovely stay at the Killashee House hotel, the staff were lovely, the building and grounds are very pretty and the food in Turners restaurant was really lovely. Would and have recommended to friends, looking forward to visiting again soon.

I had meant to send a note prior. My Wife and I booked a Friday night recently. We had our Wedding reception here in 2007 and gratefully received a comp upgrade. We arrived early and had a lovely lunch but unfortunately had to leave in the early evening due to our eleven month old becoming sick for minders. Lisa, the girl at reception who checked us in and unfortunately us out was very understanding and didn't charge for the room. Even though the cost wasn't necessarily an issue, it was a nice touch to ease the disappointment. This obviously stems from a customer driven management policy which has to be applauded in these times. My wife and I look forward to rebooking our short break away.

We had a fantastic time, our Junior Suite was amazing and we really loved the Jacuzzi bath. We ordered room service from Jack's Bar one night and the food was amazing, plus it only took 20 minutes. We will definitely be back.
